Michelle Synakowski is a nationally recognized healthcare executive, educator, consultant, and speaker with over 30 years of healthcare experience and more than two decades of executive leadership within post-acute care.

Her career has been dedicated to helping organizations strengthen clinical operations, improve quality outcomes, optimize reimbursement systems, and build cultures of accountability and excellence. She has served in virtually every level of healthcare leadership, from bedside nurse to executive leadership roles overseeing complex healthcare systems.

ProSynk currently serves as an official AAPACN training partner, offering RAC-CT and RAC-CTA certification opportunities to healthcare professionals.
